Ultra Mind- Winning

My years studying boxing helped me to produce champions in amateur, white collar and professional ranks respectively.

One of my biggest highlights was helping a heavyweight boxer in his 3rd, successful attempt to become the British Heavyweight Champion

I used a tool from NLP called ‘modelling’ I modelled the famous Boxing coach of Mike Tyson called Cus D’Amato. By going deep enough into one subject you transcend it.

Now ive moved from Boxing hypnotherapy to Running hypnotherapy, from the hurt business to the help business…

Winning is always the number one thing to focus on in boxing and if you’re a runner or training for a race then this is also, as important.

So, the competitive runner just like the boxer must set a clear goal to win his/her race.

A simple exercise a runner can do is to write down ten times a day on paper that he/she will win their race at the place on the day and date.

Also, affirm this in the mirror 10 times a day with emotion, tone and inflection…

Take the wish out of the secrecy of the mind and just like an affirmation say it as if its already true, this will drive the desired outcome deep into the unconscious part of the mind making the outcome more likely.

An affirmation is simply saying something that isn’t true as if its already happened.
